About the role
LA Bella Lifestyle Properties Inc is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team in Tagaytay City, Cavite. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining the exceptional standards of cleanliness, comfort and presentation across our properties.As a member of our housekeeping team, you will be instrumental in creating welcoming and immaculate environments that enhance the guest experience and reflect the premium quality of our brand. This role requires a commitment to excellence, attention to detail and a passion for maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning and sanitisation of guest rooms, common areas, corridors and public spaces in accordance with established standards and procedures
- Change bed linens, pillowcases and towels, ensuring they meet quality expectations
- Dust, vacuum and mop all designated areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers and mirrors to the highest standards
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damaged furnishings or safety hazards to management
- Replenish amenities, toiletries and supplies in guest rooms and communal spaces
- Follow all health, safety and hygiene protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional cleaning services or amenities
- Maintain organisation and cleanliness of storage areas and cleaning supply rooms
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations and meet daily cleaning schedules
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met before signing off on tasks
- Proven experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning or similar hospitality environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical fitness to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift or move items as required
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude with strong work ethics
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation and chemical safety
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by operational needs
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Certification or training in housekeeping or hospitality is advantageous but not essential
