Job Description
We are seeking a Campaign Associate to support Campaign and Marketing Managers across multiple regions. This role is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, with a focus on lifecycle marketing, customer journey mapping, and campaign performance analysis.The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and compliance while managing campaign calendars and contributing to broader marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic email marketing plans aligned with customer lifecycle stages and behavioral insights.
- Design and deploy email campaigns using Eloqua, leveraging approved templates and dynamic content.
- Build and manage campaign canvases, ensuring timely activation and delivery.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and design for improved engagement and conversion.
- Maintain accurate tracking links, naming conventions, and compliance with privacy and unsubscribe regulations.
- Monitor email deliverability, readability, and performance metrics; provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Generate and present post-campaign performance reports with insights and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in campaign planning meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management, preferably with hands-on experience in Eloqua or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation strategies.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email design is a strong advantage.
- Experience in developing marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
