Cold Email – Instantly.ai Specialist

Why This Role Exists

We're ready to launch a cold email outreach program and we need someone who has already done this before — not someone who will figure it out along the way. We want an expert in Instantly.ai who can hit the ground running: help us make the right decisions on inbox setup, define our target audience, craft compelling messaging, and build sequences that actually convert.

If you've launched and managed cold email campaigns on Instantly.ai and know what it takes to make them work, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advise on the number of email inboxes to purchase based on campaign goals and volume
• Help define and refine the ideal buyer avatar (IBA) and target audience segments
• Set up the Instantly.ai account, domains, and inbox warm-up protocols
• Configure sending settings, deliverability best practices, and spam avoidance measures

• Write or collaborate on cold email copy — subject lines, openers, body, and CTAs
• Build multi-step outreach sequences tailored to different audience segments
• A/B test messaging variations and iterate based on performance data

• Monitor campaign performance — open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, conversions
• Manage lead lists, data hygiene, and segmentation within Instantly.ai
• Troubleshoot deliverability issues and adjust as needed
• Provide clear, regular reporting on results and recommendations for improvement

• You have hands-on experience running campaigns specifically on Instantly.ai — this is non-negotiable
• You understand cold email deliverability inside and out: domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, sending limits, and inbox rotation
• You know how to write cold email copy that gets replies — not just opens
• You can think strategically about audience targeting and ideal customer profiles
• You work independently, communicate proactively, and don't need hand-holding
• You're comfortable making recommendations and backing them up with data

Experience & Skills

Required:

• Proven, hands-on experience with Instantly.ai — campaigns you've built and managed, not just observed
• Strong understanding of cold email deliverability and domain/inbox setup
• Experience writing cold outreach copy and multi-step sequences
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize accordingly
• Strong written English — you may be drafting copy on behalf of the business

Preferred:

• Experience with lead list building and data sourcing tools (Apollo, Clay, Hunter, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM integration and lead handoff workflows
• Background in B2B outreach or service-based business development
• Experience with other cold outreach platforms (Lemlist, Smartlead, etc.)

• Type: Part-Time to start, with potential to expand
• Location: Remote
• Schedule: Flexible, with availability for regular check-ins
