About the role

We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Officer to join Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc. in our Alabang office, located in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in attracting and acquiring top talent to support our organisational growth and strategic objectives.

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be instrumental in building a strong talent pipeline, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring we attract candidates who embody our company values and possess the skills necessary to drive our business forward.

Key responsibilities
  1. Source, attract and recruit qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals
  2. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company criteria, conducting initial telephone or video interviews
  3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience
  4. Conduct background checks and verify qualifications and references of selected candidates
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements and departmental objectives
  6. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions in a timely manner
  7. Participate in employer branding initiatives and company recruitment events to enhance the organisation's reputation as an employer of choice
  8. Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights on recruitment metrics and hiring trends
  9. Support the onboarding process by coordinating with Human Resources and new hires to ensure a positive first experience
What we're looking for
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation and talent management strategies
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
  6. Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  8. Experience with social media recruitment and employer branding is highly desirable
  9. Customer service orientation with a passion for creating positive candidate experiences
