- Minimum 2-5 years of solid accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field with strong academic foundation
- CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification is highly preferred
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and standard accounting practices
- Proven experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in financial data handling
- Proficiency in accounting systems and web-based financial platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for collaboration with international teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
- Assume ownership of the reconciliation process for CAM buildings/portfolios
- Summarize current financial status by preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and reports
- Review monthly financial statements for CAM buildings/portfolios
- Handle direct financial reporting for community condo and homeowners' associations
- Work with the Chicago-based accounting department on reconciliations and reporting
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
- Support budget and forecasting activities
- Assist in onboarding new community associations
- Answer accounting procedure questions
- Improve internal processes for both accounting and operations
