Position Title: Service Desk Japanese Bilingual
Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their system or application issues and providing timely resolutions. Utilize your exceptional communication skills to effectively understand and interpret client issues, ensuring accurate problem definition and resolution design.
Leverage your deep product knowledge to provide expert guidance and support to clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our world-class systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex client issues, utilizing your technical expertise to design and implement effective solutions.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of software/application/cloud tech support, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional support.
Qualifications/Requirements
Proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support. Additional Must To Have Skills: Fluency in Japanese (JLPT Certification of N1 or Native) and English. Strong understanding of system or application support principles and best practices. Experience in accurately defining client issues and designing effective resolutions.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest advancements in software/application/cloud tech support. The candidate should have 1 year of experience in Service Desk Voice Support.
This position is based in Cebu. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
