About the role
Fusion CX, a dynamic provider of end-to-end contact center solutions, is seeking talented Call Center Agents to join our growing team in Cebu City. As a Call Center Agent, you will be a crucial part of our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences.This full-time role will allow you to utilize your strong communication skills and passion for problem-solving to support our diverse client base.
What you'll be doing- Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing high-quality service and support
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Adhering to established policies, procedures and service level agreements
- Actively participating in team meetings, training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in the contact center or telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
