Accounting Specialist (Billing)

Accounting Specialist (Billing) is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation of invoices, maintaining billing records, and supporting the company’s revenue cycle.

• Record and process daily sales transactions in the accounting system
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers
• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on overdue accounts
• Prepare sales reports and summaries for management
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Reconcile sales data with inventory and cash collections
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding billing and payment concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in accounting, or sales-related finance role
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
