The Role
We are looking for a Production Manager who will take full control of the production floor, ensuring projects are planned, executed efficiently, and delivered on time and within standard.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead and manage fabrication, assembly, and preparation for installation
- Plan manpower, work schedules, and production timelines
- Ensure all outputs are on schedule, within specs, and ready for deployment
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers to align timelines and resolve bottlenecks
- Monitor efficiency by minimizing wastage and optimizing manpower
- Take full ownership of quality control and catch issues before site deployment
- Identify and resolve production delays, technical issues, and resource gaps
- Maintain discipline and organization within the production team
- 3–5 years experience in production management or similar role
- Experience in fabrication, construction, fit-outs, or related industries
- Strong understanding of materials, production workflows, and site requirements
- Proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and output under pressure
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Experience in event builds, activations, or fit-out projects
- Ability to anticipate and resolve issues early
- Strong leadership presence on the production floor
- Focus on efficiency, quality, and output—not just activity
- Play a key role in scaling and structuring production operations
- Work on high-visibility, fast-paced projects
- Be part of a team that values execution, speed, and accountability
