Purchasing Assistant
Santa Ana Healthcare Plus Corp. San Fernando Full-time
Responsible for ordering medical supplies and completing purchase orders, monitoring stock levels to identify purchasing needs, and researching potential vendors. Track orders to ensure timely delivery, update internal databases with order details, and prepare cost analyses.
Coordinate with sales representatives as needed and liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course
- With work experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Hands-on experience with SAP
Compensation and benefits:
- Basic monthly salary starts from ₱16,000
