SENIOR LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic team at Brookview, Inc., Lapu Lapu. This full-time position is a crucial part of our Import/Export & Customs operations, responsible for overseeing the efficient and compliant movement of goods.

• Responsible for handling full set of Export documents, invoices and packing lists
• Work with factory production departments on order entry and delivery scheduling
• Coordinate with shipping companies, forwarders, and local and international clients to ensure timely and efficient shipment arrival, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
• Maintain the timely and accurate processing of all shipping
• documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other relevant paperwork
• Monitor and report on shipment status, proactively addressing any delays or issues

• Identifying and resolving complex logistics issues, ensuring timely and efficient solutions.
• Experience in a similar shipping or logistics role, preferably for export markets
• Understanding of import/export regulations, customs clearance procedures, and related compliance requirements
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints. Addressing any issues related to logistics operations and striving for positive resolutions.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ensuring customer satisfaction. Working to ensure that customers receive their orders on time and in good condition.
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power-Point and outlook)
• Short notice or immediate available is preferable
