Warehouse Assistant

Job description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and customer service functions.
• Manage the full order fulfillment cycle to ensure smooth and efficient processing.
• Monitor inventory levels, product quality, delivery schedules, transportation costs, and overall operational performance.
• Oversee warehouse organization, product classification, route planning, and shipment handling.
• Ensure targets for cost efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness are consistently met.
• Analyze performance data and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to the Inventory Controller in daily activities.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least one (1) year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Willing to work in Cainta, Rizal.
• Open to agency-based employment setup.
• Available to start immediately.

Note: Compensation will follow the standard salary rate for Cainta.
