Compensation: $10 USD per hour
Key Responsibilities- Own stock visibility and maintain inventory accuracy across the D2C channel
- Monitor stock levels across Shopify, warehouses, and fulfilment partners
- Coordinate stock takes and maintain accurate inventory reporting
- Track availability of components and finished goods across suppliers
- Ensure stock records remain accurate and aligned in Cin7
- Manage day-to-day Shopify order flow and ensure fulfilment accuracy
- Support order processing, exception handling, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Monitor bundle and kit inventory requirements for D2C orders
- Support product setup, SKU mapping, and stock syncing workflows
- Help simplify operational complexity across the D2C channel
- Coordinate stock movement between suppliers, factories, and warehouse partners
- Liaise with multiple warehouse providers and external partners
- Ensure all inbound and outbound stock movements are accurately logged
- Support production-to-warehouse handoff workflows
- Track warehouse performance and escalate operational issues promptly
- Improve communication across supply chain stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between daily operations and leadership priorities
- Support the Operations Manager across forecasting, fulfilment, logistics, and reporting
- Liaise with external partners (factories, warehouses, 3PL providers)
- Proactively flag stock risks, shortages, or fulfilment issues
- Support process improvement initiatives to reduce complexity
- Assist with ad hoc operations tasks across retail and D2C
- Strong experience in operations, inventory, supply chain coordination, or logistics
- Excellent stock control and reconciliation skills
- Strong operational experience with Shopify
- Experience with Cin7 is a major advantage
- Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with multiple suppliers and warehouse partners
- Strong communication skills with a high sense of ownership
- Experience in food, beverage, or FMCG industries is highly desirable
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on simplification and efficiency
