• Customer Service Specialist II (US Voice Account) - with 10k Signing Bonus*
• Customer Service Healthcare Specialist (US Voice Account)
• Customer Service Specialist (US Voice Account)

Sales:

• Retention and Renewals Specialist (US Voice Account- with 50k performance bonus)
• Outbound Sales Specialist (US Voice Account- with 50k performance bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reaching out to customers to discuss renewal opportunities and address any concerns or queries
• Providing personalized support and solutions to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products or services
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted renewal strategies
• Continuously seeking ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of BPO experience
• Senior High School or High school old curriculum graduates with good communications are welcome to apply
• Should be willing to work onsite on a night/shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
