Admin Staff (General Admin)

We are the leading plastic distributor and plastic solutions provider in the Philippines. We are a growing company and continually looking for candidates who are willing to work with us from Mondays to Saturdays.

• Manage and records all incoming and outgoing asset (inventory)
• Collates approval of Purchase Orders (PO) of materials of company plants.
• Forwarding telephone bills to Payable Department.
• Liaising with other branch in their request of needed supplies.
• Monitoring materials, workforce, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Liaising other branch to assets.
• Other Assigned Admin Job.

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Strong organization and time management
• Detail-oriented and with “can do” attitude
• Able to meet multiple deadlines
• Strong verbal and communication Skills
• At least one-year work experience
• Has initiative
• Able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device.
