In this role, you will support our team by handling administrative coordination, documentation, and database management, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
If you’re the type of person who spots a typo in a long document, enjoys organizing systems, and takes pride in accuracy, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation
- Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, notices, and reports
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of inspections, repairs, and maintenance requests
- Process and track applications, documentation, and internal records
- Ensure files and records are complete, accurate, and properly organized
- Address inquiries and escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate team members
- Provide administrative support and assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed
- College graduate (any related course)
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Able to manage large volumes of paperwork during busy periods
- Strong communication skills — professional, polite, and clear
- Willing to learn new tools and systems (technical expertise not required)
- High level of professionalism and strong customer service mindset
- Proactive, reliable, and a team player
