Office Staff – Cebu Site

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team and management.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Organize, file, and retrieve physical and electronic documents as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other office-related materials.
  • Answer inquiries and direct concerns to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Coordinate and support day-to-day office operations and activities.
  • Monitor office supplies and report replenishment requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information and records.
  • Carry out other administrative duties and tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
  • High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate.
  • Previous office or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
