IT SPECIALIST

• Technical Support: Providing assistance to end-users with hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to computers, networks, and other devices.
• Network Management: Maintaining and optimizing network infrastructure, including local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and cloud networks.
• Hardware and Software Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software.
• Security: Implementing and maintaining security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and user access controls.
• Data Management: Managing data backup and recovery, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• System Administration: Performing routine system administration tasks, such as updating software, installing patches, and managing user accounts.
• Documentation: Maintaining technical documentation and records of system configurations and procedures.
• Project Management: Assisting with the planning, implementation, and monitoring of IT projects.
• Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.

• 1-3 years of work/internship experience in technology, business, marketing, or client relations
• College Graduate
• Excellent communication/customer service skills, energetic and eager to learn
• Computer proficient; ability to learn new systems with ease
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone, email, and text
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
