Marketing Associate (Influencer Marketing)

Identifying, recruiting and onboarding high-potential creators matching our brand’s core values and development direction, while using targeted strategies to retain them—via exclusive brand experiences, personalized communication and end-to-end tailored support for their growth alongside our brand.

• Roll out our creator benefit mechanism and multi-stage growth program widely, including clarifying initiative details, optimizing processes for better accessibility and using these measures to incentivize creators to boost content performance and drive scalable revenue growth for both sides.
• Hold regular in-depth daily talks with each partnered creator to grasp their needs, challenges and suggestions, then collaborate to tailor and refine our strategic programs to their strengths.
• Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional/external partners to plan and execute impactful brand campaigns, leveraging our creators’ influence and creativity to expand campaign reach, coordinating closely for seamless execution and aligning content with our overall marketing goals to maximize brand exposure and audience engagement.
