Influencer marketing specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to promote ORO Socks and Stockings and OMG Cosmetics.
• Identify and establish relationships with key influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators across various platforms.
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers to ensure alignment with brand goals.
• Manage influencer collaborations, from outreach and onboarding to execution and performance tracking.
• Monitor influencer-generated content to ensure brand consistency and compliance with company guidelines.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align influencer strategies with overall business objectives.
• Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns with measurable ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, best practices, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in influencer marketing tools, social media analytics, and reporting tools.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
