Group Product Manager - Vascular

A leading pharmaceutical organization is seeking a Group Product Manager to play a pivotal role in driving growth and strengthening market presence for the vascular portfolio across key trade channels.

What you'll do:

• Lead marketing strategy and execution for the vascular portfolio to drive growth and market leadership.
• Ensure strong product placement and consistent stock availability across key trade channels.
• Manage portfolio life cycle initiatives including launches, optimization, and expansion planning.
• Translate clinical value into effective commercial campaigns aligned with compliance standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine brand strategy.
• Equip sales teams with marketing tools and training to support execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, regulatory, finance, and operations.

What you bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Pharmacy, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 7–15 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience with strong exposure to vascular, cardiovascular, or specialty portfolios.
• Proven track record in brand building and managing multi-product portfolios within regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience working with trade channels, distribution strategy, and product placement execution.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth objectives and operational realities.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical compliance requirements and ethical marketing standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Advanced analytical capabilities that support data-driven decision-making.
