Job Summary
The Assistant Product Manager – Brand will support both product and brand management functions for a portfolio of home appliances. This role is responsible for assisting in product lifecycle management, executing brand strategies, and ensuring strong market positioning.The position requires a balance of analytical, technical, and marketing skills to drive product success and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing the full product lifecycle from planning to launch and post-launch evaluation
- Support product development, including specifications, pricing, and feature alignment with market needs
- Coordinate with R&D, supply chain, and operations to ensure timely product availability
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to recommend improvements
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research
- Support the execution of brand strategies and marketing campaigns
- Assist in product positioning, messaging, and branding consistency across channels
- Work closely with marketing teams on advertising, digital campaigns, and promotions
- Coordinate with agencies for creative development and campaign execution
- Ensure strong in-store and online brand presence
- Collaborate with sales teams on product training, tools, and go-to-market plans
- Assist in forecasting, inventory planning, and demand analysis
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance dashboards
- Support budget tracking and marketing spend efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, brand management, or marketing (preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of data tools is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
