Paralegal
Provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives, managing their schedules, communications, travel, and office operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key responsibilities include preparing Minutes of Meetings, Follow up tasks on hand, calendar and travel management, acting as a point of contact, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, managing expenses, and maintaining confidentiality.
EAs require excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other apps/softare, along with discretion and problem-solving abilities.
EAs are available 24/7 when needed and is able to go to site projects in lieu of the executives, when necessary.
Education:
Bachelor's degree, particularly in Political Science or similar.
Experience:
Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar administrative support role is a common requirement. Worked as a Paralegal and specializes in Corporate Documentations.

Research & Project Management: The ability to conduct research and manage projects is often required.
