Salary: P60,000 P80,000 (Monthly package)

What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree andor Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program
- 3+ proven experience as a Family Law paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of family law procedures, legal terminology, and document preparation.
- Proficient in using ADOBE applications.
- Proficiency in Legal Software – WestLaw and Clio
- The job opportunity is going to be for a 6 months contract.
- What will you do?
- Client Support:
- - Provide excellent client service by assisting with inquiries, gathering necessary documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- - Legal Research:
- - Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy.
- - Documentation:
- - Prepare and maintain legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and financial disclosure statements.
- - Court Filings:
- - Manage court filings, including efilings, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.
- - Case Management:
- - Assist in managing and organizing case files, schedules, and deadlines.
- - Communication:
- - Coordinate and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as necessary.
- - Trial Preparation:
- - Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness interviews, and trial logistics
