Job description

The Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing assigned customer accounts, generating new business opportunities, and promoting Häfele’s full range of products including architectural hardware, furniture fittings, appliances, lighting, and accessories.

This role supports the Sales Department by handling key accounts, project clients, retail partners, and trade customers, ensuring excellent service, accurate product recommendations, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

II. Key Responsibilities:

 A.  Account Management & Sales Growth
  • Account Handling — Manage assigned accounts (dealers, contractors, developers, retail partners).
  • Sales Generation — Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through active selling.
  • Client Visits — Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
  • Pipeline Management — Maintain updated sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Project Coordination — Work with internal teams to support project requirements, pricing, and delivery schedules.
 B.  Business Development
  • Lead Generation — Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories or segments.
  • Market Mapping — Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Client Acquisition — Convert new accounts and expand Häfele’s market presence.
 C.  Product Knowledge & Presentation
  • Product Demonstration — Present Häfele solutions to clients with strong technical understanding.
  • Training Support — Assist in product orientations for dealers, contractors, and retail staff.
  • Solution Selling — Recommend appropriate Häfele products based on project needs.
 D.  Customer Service & Coordination
  • Documentation — Prepare quotations, proposals, and account reports.
 E.  Reporting & Compliance
  • Sales Reporting — Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Policy Compliance — Follow pricing guidelines, discount structures, and company policies.

III. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in sales, account management, or project selling (construction, hardware, appliances, or building materials preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical product details (training provided).
  • Must be customer-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • With valid driver’s license is an advantage.
