SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Qualifications:

• Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
• Experience in the construction/hardware industry is an advantage.
• Good listening skills and attention to details.
• Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service and presentation in the construction/hardware industry is an advantage.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

• Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and client visits.
• Set up meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with clients.
• Acting as a point of contact between customers and the company.
• Responding to customers queries and resolving their objections to make them purchase.
• Gather market and customer information.
• Create detailed proposal documents, often as a part of formal bidding process, which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
