Responsibilities:

• Manage flight, hotel, and travel bookings using GDS systems
• Assist customers with travel inquiries, changes, and cancellations
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients
• Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• Minimum of 1 year experience using GDS (Global Distribution System)
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig
