Oversee the preparation of detailed quantity and cost estimates for all projects managed by his/her team
Review and validate quantity/cost estimates prepared by team members, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
Establish and maintain standardized cost planning and budgeting procedures within the team.
Monitor overall project finance across all team-managed projects, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and adhere to budgets.
Implement innovative cost control measures to enhance overall project efficiency.
Develop and implement cost management strategies to improve project profitability.
Conduct cost analysis for value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize project costs.
Manage and maintain documentation related to project costs.

Qualifications/Requirements

minimum of 5 years experience as QS in building construction
with at least 2 years experience in managerial position
BS Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering graduate
Computer literate using MS Office, AutoCAD, Planswift and other applicable software
PRC Licensed
well-versed in quantity surveying of all trades (CSA & MEPF)
