Prepares estimates and quantity take-off on the various stages of the project including but not limited to:
Schematic Design Estimate
Design Development Estimate
For Construction Design Estimate
Prepares detailed bill of quantities and conducts value engineering
Assists in the preparation of bid packages and other bid documents needed in the bidding process
Prepares purchase requisition for needed materials for construction
Cost evaluation and monitoring

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering. Preferably licensed.
With at least 1-3 years of valued Quantity Surveying experience
Preferably with work experience from a real estate company
Knowledgeable in Cost estimation, Quantity Take off, Evaluation and Processing of billing, payables, variation/change orders for vertical (Midrise and High-rise) and Horizontal (Housing and Land development) projects
Proficient in plan evaluation & interpretation
With experience in procurement process, supplier and contractor sourcing is preferred
With understanding and exposure on Contract Management is preferred
