The Opportunity

Join the fast-growing team at DITO Telecommunity Corporation as a Territory Sales Specialist. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in driving the company's sales growth by building relationships with customers and generating new business opportunities.

• Actively prospect and generate new leads to expand DITO's customer base in your assigned territory
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective territory management and lead conversion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience
• Stay up-to-date with DITO's product and service offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and pipeline

• Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools to manage the sales process
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
