Marketing Assistant

Job Summary: The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, conducting market research, and managing promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. The role involves coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to support strategic decisions.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with online audiences.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for promotional materials and events.
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital content.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and providing reports.
• Maintain and update marketing databases and customer contact lists.
• Handle administrative tasks related to marketing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or social media management is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Creativity and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
