Job Description
Posted on 30 April 2025Develop new accounts thru sales call, telemarketing and maintains existing accounts assigned.
To achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
Provide assistance to prospective tenants and clients for office unit & venue rental.
Prepares the necessary sales reports required by Management.
Handles prospecting of clients. Prepare a compilation of updated company profile complete with all the list of clients served by DRDC.
Handles meeting (e.g. pre-bid and negotiation with clients). Be prepared to conduct product presentation if required or necessary for better understanding of clients.
Identifies services improvement or new services by remaining current on market trends and market activates.
Conducts after sales visit to get additional projects and to monitor the progress updates. Check if the clients are satisfied with our on-going works and past project delivery.
Continuously seek new methods, systems, products which will be of use to our company in future projects by going through trade fairs, conferences and visit to prominent developers and designers.
Coordinate with the Business unit to discuss future strategies and approach to project delivery to further aim for client's satisfaction and early project turn over.
Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking, social media, client call and setting up appointments.
Conduct field and marketing research to identify our status in the industry and to formulate possible selling schemes.
Execute advertising and promotional campaigns.
Ensure all clients requirements is properly handled and coordinated.
Assists in collection of accounts.
Coordinate with Property Management for information and status of properties for marketing and sales.
Research, prepare and implement marketing efforts to generate awareness, leads and earnings.
Plan, create and manage online accounts content and posting on various platforms and sites.
Respond to inquiries, reservations, agreements, contracts and payments as coordinated with property management and accounting.
Conduct in-house orientation with administrative, technical, housekeeping and security for events.
Monitor and assist event ingress, program, egress and coordinate payments with accounting.
Handle monitor technical works - checking & operating lights and sound systems on events.
Photo document marketing and sales activities and events.
Updating of social media & website account.
Render other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualifications/Requirements
Candidate must be a bachelor's degree holder.With atleast 6 months to 1 year relevant work experience.
Good marketing & sales skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Can start as soon as possible.
