About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team in General Santos City, South Cotabato. This full-time role is responsible for delivering comprehensive maintenance services to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on all equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and applicable guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased operational efficiency
- Assist in the coordination and supervision of external contractors and service providers
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar maintenance role within the agricultural or manufacturing industry
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with a wide range of equipment and machinery
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
