About the Role

We are currently looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support our Australian client. This is an onsite, day-shift position based in Cebu City, ideal for someone who has a strong eye for design, enjoys managing social media and websites, and is willing to provide administrative support where needed.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the client's marketing initiatives while assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Graphic Design
  • Create engaging graphics and marketing materials for digital and print use.
  • Design social media content, promotional assets, presentations, and other branding materials.
  • Ensure all marketing content aligns with the client's branding guidelines.
Social Media Management
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor engagement and assist with social media campaigns.
  • Help grow the client's online presence through creative and engaging content.
Website Management
  • Update and maintain website content using Weebly.
  • Upload and edit website pages, images, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure website content remains current, accurate, and visually appealing.
Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative assistance as required.
  • Assist with scheduling, email management, documentation, data entry, and reporting.
  • Support the team by helping fill operational and administrative gaps when needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in graphic design and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization.
  • Familiarity with website management, preferably using Weebly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in administrative support or virtual assistance is an advantage.
