Logistics Data Analyst - Bagumbayan Taguig

The Logistics Data Analyst is mainly responsible for collection, analysis, reporting of data to be used for business decision making in Logistics Department. This position is responsible for creating custom reports, identifying trends, patterns, and irregularities in logistics data, making analysis, communicating accurate data for present and future business needs.

1. Logistics Data Gathering & Analysis - Gathering, cleaning, and analyzing logistics data to identify trends and improvements, maintaining reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions, and ensuring data accuracy. Responsibilities include monitoring logistics KPIs, maintaining historical data for strategy and forecasting, collaborating with departments to improve data processes, and consolidating nationwide data such as scorecards and delivery metrics. The role also supports interpreting data for process enhancements and stays updated on analysis techniques.
2. Third Party Records & Contract Management - Facilitites in the renewal of contracts by preparing documents and ensuring third-party trucking providers comply with terms. It involves maintaining and organizing files, including compliance records, contracts, and agreements, as well as conducting periodic evaluations of third-party providers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 2-5 years or relevant experience in logistics or supply chain analysis.
• Proficient in data analysis tools like Excel, or any logistics software
• Proficient in powerpoint for developing strategic presentations.
• Capable of overseeing multiple intricate, ongoing tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong prioritization and effective management.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, proficient in English, with a strong customer service focus.
• Strong analytical abilities for effective decision-making.
• High digital literacy and tech-savvy.
• Empathetic, proactive, adaptable, disciplined, and accountable, with a positive and professional approach.
• Willing to work onsite in Bagumbayan Taguig from Mondays to Saturdays 8 AM-5 PM.
