Job Overview:
We are looking for a Planning Analyst who will play a key role in supporting the Supply Chain Planning Team through data analytics, data visualization, and day-to-day operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has strong analytical skills, and is eager to contribute to data-driven decisions that optimize supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and publish monitoring reports and dashboards on key supply chain metrics (daily and monthly)
- Analyze data to support operations and planning decisions
- Perform master data checks and ensure data accuracy
- Assist with deployment planning and monitoring of stock transfers
- Monitor inbound shipments and support invoice review processes
- Ensure alignment of actual vs. system data
- Support inventory and SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete) management
- Coordinate with Value Added Services (VAS) teams for purchase order management
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, supply chain planning, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; skilled in data cleaning and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage
- Knowledge of data analytics and supply chain reporting
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills and a strong team player
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is a plus
