Accounts manager

Job Description

• Manage and maintain relationship with the existing accounts.
• Do telemarketing and conduct outdoor sales for business opportunity.
• Weekly reporting of daily movement is required to capture weekly sales performance.
• Attend weekly sales meeting.
• Achieve the monthly sales target and to ensure results are in line with company business plan.
• Prepare quotations / tender/ bidding/ RFQ/ RFI as requested by customers.
• Ensure that service requirements and concerns of the customer are promptly attended.
• Coordinate with FMGLPI Operations for enquiry and booking processing.
• Compile and submit accurate, regular and timely sales reports as requested.
• Manage and control the accounts receivables of customers.
• Observe and follow all company policies and requirement at all times.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by your immediate superior.

Qualifications/Requirements

• May represent FMGLPI during client meetings or presentations as necessary.
• May represent FMGLPI during internal & external management conference as necessary.
• Assist in annual budget target setting.

• 100% Compliance on set SOPs & KPI
• Secure new accounts

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business such as Management or any other related courses.
