of the sales floor. You will execute sales strategies, develop a high-performing team, and
maximize gross profit. Your goal is to ensure every customer receives an exceptional buying
experience that yields high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Qualifications/Requirements- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration,
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in automotive retail, including at least 1
- Deep understanding of current automotive technologies, financing options, and the ability
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and driving gross profit in a high-volume sales
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve collective
- Strong command of sales math, deal structuring, and a proven ability to negotiate high
- Possess a Professional Driver's License.
