Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and supporting documents
Monitor and process accounts payable and receivable
Assist in payroll preparation and related documentation
Support budget tracking and expense monitoring
Assist in BIR and other government compliance requirements
Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation needs
Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of financial records
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldOpen to fresh graduates; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
