Branch Operations Head (Lipa Branch)
About the role
City Savings Bank is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Head to manage the day-to-day operations of our Lipa City Batangas branch. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all branch activities and providing excellent customer service to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing- Oversee all branch operations, including cash management, transaction processing, and customer service
- Manage and lead a team of branch personnel, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve branch efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any operational issues
- Monitor and report on branch performance metrics to senior management
- Represent the branch in local community events and networking activities
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a branch operations or retail banking role
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Thorough understanding of banking operations, regulations, and industry best practices
- Proficient in using banking software and technology systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
