LOCATION: CAVITE AREA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with Franchisees and Franchise Operations Supervisor to drive store sales, profitability, and operational performance.
• Support new Franchisees in achieving break-even and target sales, including pre-opening and store launch activities.
• Develop and train Franchisees, Store Supervisors, and staff to enhance customer service and store operations.
• Implement and monitor sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Serve as the main liaison between Franchisees and the Franchisor, providing updates, feedback, and operational guidance.
• Monitor store performance, suggest improvements, and provide market intelligence to support business growth

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in pharmaceutical, retail, distribution, or FMCG sectors.

• Human Relations: Ability to effectively manage relationships with Franchisees, Store Supervisors, staff, and Head Office departments.
• Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills; professional and business-appropriate.
• Sales & Marketing: Proven skills in driving sales and executing marketing initiatives.
• Independence & Time Management: Capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively.
• Analytical & Problem Solving: Ability to identify operational challenges and implement logical, effective solutions.
