Infant Nutrition Training & Education Manager - Quezon City
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Development & Delivery:
Created and implemented training modules for sales teams, pharmacists, and healthcare providers on infant milk formulas.
Organize workshops, webinars, and in-field training sessions.
Ensure all training content is compliant with local health regulations and company standards.- Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with pediatricians, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to share scientific knowledge and support infant nutrition education.
Act as a liaison between the company and healthcare communities.- Product Expertise:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s infant nutrition products and the competitive landscape.
Provide support during product launches and promotions with technical/product knowledge.- Monitoring & Reporting:
Track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools
Report on training impact, product understanding, and compliance metrics.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all communication aligns with the WHO Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes and local regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.
- 2+ years of experience in training, medical detailing, or nutrition sales preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of infant feeding practices and pediatric nutrition.
- Willingness to travel (if required).
- Familiarity with local health regulations regarding infant nutrition product
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the infant nutrition or pharmaceutical sector.
Certification in health education or training development.
