  2. Communicating to Japanese Clients.
  3. Manage all main office functions and operations.
  4. Developing and implementing the educational vision and strategic plan.
  5. Supervising local staffs.
  6. Responsible for training of Online Teachers.
  7. Recruiting, developing and evaluating teaching and administrative staff.
  8. Overseeing proper documentation and record keeping.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Must be college graduate.
  • Must be fluent in Japanese and English language
  • Must have an excellent and leadership skills
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the related field.
