Schedule: 7am to 3pm
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The HR Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and process timekeeping, attendance, and payroll-related documents.
- Help organize orientation, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and company programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR Department.
- Coordinate with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, etc.) for HR-related requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration (or related field).
At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of labor laws and government benefits processing is an advantage.
