Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and meet targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions to enhance team productivity.

HR Management:

• Assist with HR operations, including recruitment, on-boarding, training, and performance management.
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction.
• Develop training programs to support both sales and personal development.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation with the use of Hubstaff or programs alike.
