Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Hospitality or related course
• 1-2 years of experience in client relations, account management, or sales management
• Preferably with experience as coordinator with artists by a gallery, in selling art works, or in direct selling luxury products to VIP customers
• Preferably with exposure to curatorial work, demonstrating familiarity with the processes of conceptualizing, organizing, and presenting art exhibitions or cultural programs
• Knowledgeable in art, artists & art history
• Strong knowledge of creative processes and artistic trends
• Excellent organization, time-management, planning and scheduling skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understands working with creative talents

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicate artist/talent needs with internal teams and ensure timely delivery of artist requirements
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and reports documentation needed per artist/talent
• Manage concerns of artist/talent with company and liaise with necessary department involved
• Maintain and update artist records and account details for archiving
• Support in identifying new business opportunities with artist/talent
• Assists in inventory management, logistics coordination
• Assists in artists’ travel coordination and bookings
