Liaison officer

Job Description

• Serve as the official representative of the company to government agencies, business partners, and external offices.
• Process and follow up permits, licenses, clearances, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding document needs and schedules.
• Submit, receive, and track official documents and applications.
• Attend meetings with external parties when required.
• Monitor the status of applications and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare reports on transactions, permits, and coordination activities.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all transactions.
• Assist in resolving issues related to compliance, permits, and external requirements.
• Perform other administrative or coordination tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or any related course.
• At least 1 year experience in liaison, administrative, or government-related work is an advantage.
• Knowledge of government processes, permits, and basic compliance requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to handle confidential information.
• With motorcycle is advantage
