Chief Executive Officer / President

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary executive to lead our cold storage company toward sustained growth, operational excellence, and market leadership. The President / CEO will be responsible for the organization’s overall strategy, operational performance, and financial success, overseeing all aspects of temperature-controlled warehousing, logistics, compliance, customer engagement, and business expansion.

• Lead the company’s strategic direction, operational execution, and financial performance.
• Oversee end-to-end cold storage operations, ensuring temperature control, safety compliance, and inventory integrity.
• Ensure compliance with all Philippine regulatory requirements (DOLE, BIR, DTI, FDA, DA, DENR).
• Manage the company’s P&L, including cost optimization, revenue growth, and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Drive business development initiatives and market expansion in local and regional markets.
• Represent the company in LGU meetings, industry events, and associations (e.g., Cold Chain Association of the Philippines).
• Foster a high-performance organizational culture focused on excellence, innovation, and accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or cold storage, preferably within the Philippines or ASEAN region.
• Proven track record in P&L management, operational leadership, and organizational growth.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine permits, licensing, LGU policies, and compliance regulations.
• Expertise in HACCP, cold chain protocols, and food safety compliance.
• Proficiency in WMS, ERP, and other operational management systems.
• Excellent decision-making, crisis management, and executive communication skills.

Location: Manila, Philippines (with oversight of national operations)
