About the role
Fig Advisory is an outsourcing and consulting firm with a difference. We only take on clients when we can add actionable value — helping small to mid-sized businesses in Australia (and soon the US) reduce costs, scale faster, and operate smarter.With teams in the Philippines and India, we specialise in offshore staffing, debt management consulting, and operational improvements.
The Role
This is a sales-first, leadership role with an operational edge. You will: ✅ Generate leads, build pipelines, and close new client deals.
✅ Oversee daily operations and keep Manila staff accountable.✅ Support client onboarding and delivery excellence.
✅ Work hand-in-hand with the CEO and global leadership team.
Think of it as part deal-closer, part team captain, and part builder of the next big offshore success story.
What We’re Looking For- Strong B2B sales experience (outsourcing, consulting, SaaS, or services).
- Proven leadership skills — managing staff and driving accountability.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Resilient, hungry, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Full-time, office-based in Manila (no WFH).
