About the role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading global recruitment company, PREMIER GLOBAL RECRUITMENT OPC', as a Senior Digital and Marketing Officer. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's digital marketing strategy and campaigns across various platforms.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati City Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads
- Manage the company's social media channels, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis
- Optimize the company's website and online presence to improve user experience and search engine visibility
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing collateral and support lead generation efforts
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the company's approach remains competitive
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the marketing and communications industry
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media, email marketing, and content creation
- Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
